Noel Communications technicians, with an average 11 years of field-engineering experience, are equipped with the latest in test and monitoring equipment to ensure prompt and accurate repairs. Remote site access is achieved year-round with 4x4 vehicles, snowmobiles and snowcats.

Noel Communications sites utilize commercial power. In case of a commercial power outage, all Noel Communications sites are equipped with automatic emergency generators and a minimum of 24 hours of battery back-up power. Additionally, portable generators are positioned at strategic locations along the system.
