In addition, Noel Communications provides a high level service for all customers and offers an experienced staff of professionals who are available 24 hours a day.
Noel Communications sites utilize commercial power. In case of a commercial power outage, all sites are equipped with automatic emergency generators and a minimum of 24 hours of battery backup power. Additionally, portable generators are positioned at strategic locations along the system.

Noel Communications maintains an aggressive monitoring system (24 Hours a day, 365 days a year) to ensure high quality links for our customers. With this monitoring system, Noel Communications can locate and correct any possible problems long before customers are aware.
Maintenance
